Nuttalls were tasked with helping Café Rouge tap into the growing hot food-to-go trend with a new foodservice solution as part of the group’s “Rouge Rapid” concept.
Nuttalls developed a display solution using the Flexeserve® Intelligent modular counter system and Patented Zone technology which allows food products to retain optimum quality for hours on display.
Utilising Nuttall’s Foodservice Innovation Centre for expert advice, Café Rouge worked closely with Nuttalls’ Development Head Chef, to create a new hot food-to-go offer.
Starting with the launch at London Euston train station, Café Rouge’s new stand alone brand will be rolled out to all prime commuter footfall locations.
