Visited by 6,000 food and drink related buyers over its two days, lunch expo! is a trade show aimed specifically at the food-to-go industry – a sector currently worth £17.8bn to the UK economy, and growing faster year-on-year than the UK’s grocery retail sector.

Nuttalls used the lunch expo! trade show to showcase its Flexeserve Zone® unit, filled with a wide range of food – available to sample – that demonstrated the capability and versatility of the technology. In addition, key members of the Foodservice Solutions team were at the exhibition, specifically to field questions on Flexeserve Zone® and discuss visitors’ specific requirements.
