The Alan Nuttall Partnership Ltd has created new foodservice solutions for Pizza Hut as part of the restaurant chain’s extensive design overhaul. Since this project Nuttall’s have won the Pizza Hut “Continuous Improvement” award at the Pizza Hut Annual Conference in March 2016.
Working closely with the client’s Design and Construction Team, Nuttalls designed and developed new buffet concepts which include a bespoke elliptical heated buffet counter doubling as a comfortable seated eating area; the perfect solution for what would otherwise be an underutilised space outside of buffet hours.
The Flagship Hut at The Strand in London is the first restaurant to feature the new concepts.
